Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. is a man with a nurturing heart of an apostolic father, with a mandate to Change A Generation. Born in 1950 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Bishop Morton relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana in 1972. He is the Overseer of Changing A Generation FGBC in Atlanta, GA and Greater St. Stephen FGBC in New Orleans, LA. 

Bishop Morton is an international television preacher, gifted author and a national award-winning Gospel music singer. He holds multiple advanced degrees in Theology and Divinity. He is the founder of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International.
